After Knowing The Scriptures, Why Have I Been Under Frustrated Conditions??????

Why God Did Not Given Me A Job In Government Sector???

Question : Why have not God given me a Job in Government Sector??? I have been struggling in private sector??? Salary is good. But, fake marks, fake appreciations, hypocrisy, double faced mentalities, struggle for existence. There are many times I feel I want to die! If I die, I will see my God Lord Jesus Christ. I strongly hate this life Brother! Can you wait upon our Lord and give me reply? What my life is?

I preach but I fail to follow. Plz pray that I want standard holy life in God. Brother... though I am unable in my deeds, Savior never stopped sympathy and blessings upon me. Plz intricate the things in my life. Help me Bible teacher!

The trouble in my heart is, why has God not given me Government Job though I am highly qualified? The thing is that in private sector, every unqualified rascal dominate unnecessarily, and lot of politics happen. I pray for their salvation those who hurt me. I am a non-hypocritical man working with maximum double faced people. I have two daughters. How will God make me settle in my life? Currently I have good salary and leading my life sometimes with full joy in Christ. Some times, it is a feeling of hopelessness. I preach and I am being sent for ministry. When I am peace with God, I go. If I am not having peace with God, I don't go for ministry. What about my high qualifications? My waiting for Government Job? My daughters future? Jesus Christ says, "I will never leave you, though your biological Mother might leave you?....," Knowing the Scriptures why have I been under frustrated conditions??????

Also kindly, pray for our College Secretary Narendra Janardhana Reddy, who must not listen if anybody tells bad about me...Actually, they are non-Christians. They consider spy communications which I hate. Ok Brother. All Glory be to God. Thank you in advance for the reply.

Answer : Greetings to you in Jesus wonderful name dear Brother. No matter what comes your way, you stand for righteousness and do not give in to the conformity to the world's way of thinking and doing things (Rom 12:2). The Bible says, "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be completely satisfied." (Matt 5:6, Paraphrased). If you want complete satisfaction in this life, you better hunger and thirst for God's righteous way of living more and more. Though it might be hard to carry on in this way, with God as our partner in life all things are possible if we keep believing Him and His promises (Mattt 19:26).

God has said in Php 1:6, 11, "6 being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;....11 [until then keep] being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God." In the above verse apostle Paul says that we need to rejoice and have the assurance within us that Jesus who started a good work of transforming us through His salvation, will finish it fully in the day of Rapture where we will have a sin free body just like Jesus Christ. Until then we are to allow our lives to be controlled by righteousness by attaching ourselves closely to our Jesus in our day to day relationship, as a result of it He will fill us with the fruits of righteousness to the glory and praise of God. In other words, Jesus is fighting your battle daily in your work place, and all you need to do is to co-operate with Him in fulfilling His desire for your life. Never be too much concerned about a few rotten spoiled apples that the devil has tried to destroy in your life through sending demonic insect to enter it and stay within it to cause it, when you have the whole tree of apples which the Lord Jesus has been bringing through you for the glory and praise of His wonderful name. Just throw away the bad times [i.e. apples] and hold on to cherish those good times of great character that the Lord is revealing through shaping you through the life of yours on earth.

To die in the Lord is easy because every discouraged believer who gives up the race of faith set before them by meekly dying gains nothing spiritually for now and for eternity, it brings no glory to God especially as we know that we are saved to serve God and bring Him glory through whatever we do for the Lord (Eph 2:10; 1 Cor 10:31). So to live for Him as a testimony take a courageous heart of faith to prove to God and men that we are good soldier in the army of the Lord. So, endure hardship as a good spiritual soldier (2 Tim 2:3), train yourself in faith as a spiritual athlete (2 Tim 2:5) and finally be a hard working man of God to work like a spiritual farmer to plant the seed of the Word of God in the heart of men by faith (2 Tim 2:6).

Not only you, every one of us who preach and teach the Word of God fail, struggle and sometimes feel so ashamed to know that we were not able to fully practice what we have preached. Every preacher and teacher of the Word of God must not stop desiring to fully become like Jesus, though we will not be fully able to be until the end of our lives. As we struggle and move forward, though we might not be what we ought to be, we can always be thankful to God that we are not what we used to be. In our Christian life of faith, actually most of the times we sail through forward through our failures rather than our victories, because we learn God's lesson of humility through our failures and move on in to spiritual maturity. God blesses us not because of our achievement, but because because of the favor we have unconditionally received through the call of Jesus Christ which has come to us. As we stand by faith in the call of God, he is faithful to bless us greatly as we fellowship with Jesus through good and bad times, happy and sad times, and beautiful and ugly times when we hate our own lives (1 Cor 1:9).

Know one thing, it will be just as you are describing, the emotions in your soul will go up and down when you are called by God and also when He starts to use you in such a anointed capacity. Out of hopelessness always God will strengthen your heart and use you for His Glory (Rom 4:18)! Always rejoice and encourage yourself in the Lord by speaking Scripture towards yourself, and thus making your self-talk to encourage your soul in the Lord's promises which are all yes and amen in Christ Jesus through us when we confess it by faith over ourselves (1 Sam 30:6; 1 Cor 1:20). God purifies and tests our heart during depressive trials of life to bless us and make us become a blessing through such way only, so do not be disturbed with such things but move on in your life believing God to give you good emotions out of His love, mercy and grace. Keep going on to do ministry whatever contrary feeling you feel in your soul, because God will see your faithfulness through such times only. When you have preached and finished your assignment, you will feel a liberty and a great relief to that bad feelings that you usually feel before you go to preach and teach the Word of God. Many times the peace and blessing that we enjoy after we preach and teach the word of God is so much that we can clearly know that such negative emotions that affected us before we delivered the message of God is a spiritual warfare that God has allowed for us to face and win over it by faith.

God wants you to become a fighter in faith, for that to get fulfilled the place where much spiritual resistance is there is actually needed to train you up fast. Government job might only give you a sense of security in it rather than to trust God through it. You need to unlearn a lot of things naturally which you know, to really learn a lot of things that God wants you to learn spiritually. So God might use your education someday for His Glory like God used Moses after he unlearned everything (Acts 7:22; Heb 11:23-29; Exo 4:12, 10-12, 14-17), until then be faithful in the place where God has put you, and fight the fight of faith till the day God either puts you in another place or totally gives you a high standing in the same place for His Glory (Psa 75:6-7). Do not worry about your daughters future of tomorrow, when tomorrow will take care of itself because God who holds tomorrow is holding you and your daughters life (Matt 6:34).

You are frustrated because you need more patience to fulfill the call of God over your life (Heb 10:36; 2 Peter 1:5-11). If you carry on by faith and are satisfied believing that where God has put you is for a purpose (Est 4:14; Acts 17:26-27), and that you are going to come out of every twists and turns in life much better than before with the help of God (Jam 5:10-11), you will succeed in your life (1 Pet 3:8-12).

Spend as much time as possible meditating the Word of God and keeping all your cares and burdens to God because He cares for you enough to solve all your problems Himself in His time (Acts 6:2-4; 1 Peter 5:7). Then the peace of God will guard your heart from failing at the times of test (Php 4:6-7), so that you can continue to grow from grace to grace (John 1:16), faith to faith (Rom 1:17) and glory to glory (2 Cor 3:18).

Finally, I want you to remind of two Scripture that will encourage you in regard to the spy work feedback that the management you work practice to weigh your performance and decide promotion,

"The king’s [or a leaders] heart is in the hand of the Lord, like the rivers of water; He turns it wherever He wishes." (Prov 21:1). That includes your College Secretary Narendra Janardhana Reddy.

"When a man’s ways please the Lord [by their faith life towards God (Heb 11:6)], He makes even his enemies to be at peace with him." (Prov 16:7). So hold on to God's promises by faith and keep walking in His ways, sooner or later in God's time even those who choose to be enemies to you in their heart will want to be at peace with you at least externally because God's favor will be so much over your life and position of authority which He has placed you that they will not want to mess their own lives by crossing you path.

Until that happens in God's time, you keep practicing the be-attitudes of Christ through your life by trusting in God for the strength to be like Christ in everything you say and do (Matt 5:38-48).

Much Blessings.....
